Well, Lee's book is full of thoughtful questions and incite, packing guides, places for your own style notes, and more. I can tell it is going to be a useful tool in my life ; I can tell I will reread it every few years. Heyward is not selling her services or recommending costly items, just helping you think through what you want your style to be and how to achieve it with a few additions to what you already have.
